dermstore haul unboxing

So when I got my myGlam box this month, it came with a $25 off of a $50 purchase from dermstore.com. And you know me, I could NOT pass that up! My initial reaction was to get some Paul and Joe cosmetics, but they are EXPENSIVE!!! (and what i wanted was out of stock) Then I noticed that they had Philosophy brand on there, so I purchased a fragrance that I have been wanting for a while, but couldn't justify spending the money on.


You can get the perfume by . It smells wonderful and fruity and perfect for spring!

I also got a lipstick from a brand I have never heard of before called VMV Hypoallergenics. I was intrigued by the brand and the fact that i have crappy allergies. So I picked this velvet matte lipstick in "bikini machine". I love the color and the way it looks on my lips.




They also included a bag of sample products, which I LOVE. I hate having to buy products to try them out and realize I hate them. Hopefully the ones they sent are good.



Overall, I had a good experience with dermstore.com. The shipping was pretty fast. I may order from there again, but the prices are kind of high. Check it out.

SOTD: Kerli "Zero Gravity"

I have been waiting FOREVER for this single to be released. I absolutely adore Kerli. Her Bubble Goth style is awesome. And her songs are super catchy. This song is probably the best one she has ever released! And the video is weird, but I am loving the costumes and makeup (Future tutorial coming soon)

Trying something new

I decided to be daring and venture into the healthy chip aisle of wegmans. Yes, healthy chips seems to be like an oxymoron, but that section does exist. And it's chock full of weird flavors. I decided to pick up the Terra Cotta "sweets and beets" sweet potato and beet chips. I have to say, these are some of the best damn chips I've ever had! They almost taste like burned sweet potato fries. Yum. I could probably eat the whole bag, but that defeats the purpose of then being healthy.

Try them out!!!! You'll be surprised how good they are!

Good morning all! Today I am showing off the amazing GDE shadows I got the other day. I am also rocking a sweet red hoodie and my favorite new shoes-my Sperrys!!!

Days off are my favorite because I get the chance to be more dramatic with makeup and I get to wear comfortable clothes. I kind of shy away from the trendy stuff unless I know I am going to see friends or doing something specific. Today, I am going to see my girl Mahsa at Ulta to get my hair cut and colored. (So this is the before of my hair)

And now on to the best part- the MAKEUP!!!!

And I wanted to show off my Sperrys. I am wearing them with skinny American Eagle jeans rolled up. So today is truly a prepster day.

DOOTD: aria

So Aria is my favorite of the girls from Pretty Little Liars. After writing my blog, I started thinking about all of the outfits I love that Aria wears. This look was created using Polyvore (therefore, I do not know where the items come from). I love going on there and just playing around with everything and making outfits. So this is similar to one that Aria wore this season. Enjoy.

got a secret. can you keep it? (spoiler alert)

It should be no surprise that Pretty Little Liars is one of my favorite shows. It has all of my favorite things in one show: teen drama, fashion, and a crazy killer. With this season coming to an end, I have my thoughts and wanted to share my theories of how I think the show is going to go.


****WARNING!!!!! SPOILERS!!!!!!!!!!!*****************





Okay so if you are completely clueless, or if you have just started watching, there is this mysterious "A" that sends the 4 main girls creepy text messages and threatens them to do things that they normally wouldn't to destroy their own lives as well as their loved ones. So for the past 3 seasons, we have all been wondering, WHO IS A????????? And it gets so frustrating because each episode they make it seem like it is a different person. Well last night, they revealed who "A" is...

Mona is definitely one of the people that I had thought could've been A. Afterall, she was one of Allison's victims of bullying. She also had an in with the girls being Hannah's best friend and all. She just doesn't seem smart enough or even strong enough to pull off killing Ian and some of the other awful things that happened. She also mentioned "Team A" so there is a chance that A is more than one person. Which leads me to my first theory...

1. Team A consists of: Mona, Jenna, Lucas, and Dr. Sullivan.
It makes sense that they would all team up and go after the girls considering they were all bullied by Allison. Lucas did most of the physical labor. Dr. Sullivan is the adult of the group. Mona is able to know the girls on a personal level. Jenna is the mastermind behind it all.

2. Team A consists of: Melissa, Garrett, Jenna, Ian. This would make the most sense because they were all seen on the video that is on Spencer's laptop. (I hate that damn laptop. It always shows up every episode with something different on it)

3. Team A consists of: Allison herself, and Mona. Afterall, we never did see Ally's body after she was found dead. And it could've been a stand in that she herself killed.

4. A could also be Ally's long lost brunette twin sister?

5. Where is Jason?!?!? He is suddenly not around anymore?

6. I always suspected Spencer as being the real A. I imagine her being schizophrenic and not remembering what she does and her dad covers up with her by paying people off and lying to her. What ever happened to the field hockey stick theory?

7. WTF is up with Toby? He is so mopey and is always cleaning up at Allison's house. I thought Jason fired him?

8. Is Melissa really pregnant? What if it is a fake belly and she is fooling all of us?

9. Okay and creepy boy at the doll store...can we PLEASE find more out about that?!? That night I had some messed up dreams. Creepy kids=nightmares.

10. How can they possibly continue the show if we know who A is? They cant. Which means Mona is just one of the master plan.

I am pretty much waiting in HUGE anticipation for this summer when the season starts again. I am addicted. I love that my mom watches it too. Oh, and my favorite character is Aria. I also like Hannah because of her fashion sense. HATE Spencer. And Emily is boring and forgettable. My favorite guy on the show is Caleb. All of the other guys look the same, and he adds diversity. I wish Mr. Fitz would just GO AWAY! Aria can do better. I don't see why she is so in love with the guy. Oh well. Whatever.

So if you don't watch it already, start from the beginning. You will LOVE it, and become hooked fast. Pretty Little Liars in on ABC Family Monday nights at 9:00PM.

march maddness: GDE haul

Hello all! As soon as I heard my girl's over at Glamour Doll Eyes were doing a sale on sample items for March (limited coupon codes available) I knew I had to get one it! There are a couple of colors I have wanted, and haven't had a chance to get them yet. And sample size is def enough for me (considering my large amount of cosmetics). So here are a few pictures of what I got. Sorry, no swatches. I did wear "Sterling Glitz" as a highlight color today, and I am in LOVE. I may even like it more than *gasps* "Family Secret". I also more "Graves In May" today too, and it was so pretty!!!
